ORFC Management Committee - changes
The Club would like to extend heartfelt thanks to Gavin Plows who has stepped down from the position of Club Captain. Gavin has been a loyal servant to the Club for many years and his knowledge will be missed by the Committee. We are lucky that Gavin is staying with the Club at playing level and there is no doubt his weighty influenc
e will still be felt.
Adam Kentell is taking on the role of Club Captain from the 2012-13 Season and we all wish him well during his endeavours - Adam will be grateful for any advice or support wherever it is felt necessary.
Warm thanks also to Brian Hunter who is stepping down as Clubhouse Manager. Like Gavin, Brian has served the club for a long time. Brian will continue to coach with the Youth Section of the Club.
Thanks also to Jeremy Stevens who is stepping down as Communications Officer. Jeremy has worked wonders getting Facebook off the ground is solely responsible for the quarterly newsletter. Lewis Bowles will take on the baton and again he'll be grateful for all possible support.
Finally Polly Firth is hanging up her boots as Safeguarding Officer. We thank Polly for all of her efforts and welcome Jennie Ross who will take over.
